Terms & conditions
Bookings
All pre booking will be asked to be prepaid unless mentioned otherwise.
100% money refund while cancelling up to 3 months before arrival.
50% money refund if cancelling up to 1 month before arrival.
Date move: You can always change the date of your booking for FREE, even to move it to next year.
As long as you change it latest 3 weeks before arrival.
Weather conditions
Cold Hawaii Surf Camp will provide a substitute activity in case of lack of waves. The activity can be SUP (Stand Up Paddling), Giant SUP for up to 8 persons, fun surfboard competitions or Basic skills of surfing on flat water.
In case of stormy weather, we will move the surf classes to another location. Cold Hawaii Surf Camp is not providing transport to a nearby location and the participants need to take care of it.
In case of over stormy weather where we are forced to cancel activities, surf camp classes will be moved to another time slot within the surf camp dates or vouchered for a lesson in another time.
No Refunds will be issued for surf camp lessons as our camp packages are carrying a combined price for rentals and lessons.
Prepaid surf camps or surf classes will not be refunded due to weather conditions which will avoid Cold Hawaii Surf Camp from instructing surfing. However, due to over stormy conditions, Cold Hawaii Surf Camp will allow the client to reschedule the surf class (not surf camp packages) to rebook to another time with no extra costs.
Surf Camp Packages
The included surf lessons in the surf camp packages can’t be saved to another time. It’s for the participants to be there during the planned times.
Insurance
Participants are taking part in the surf classes/camps with their own insurance and on their own risk.
Rentals
Surfing, Skateboarding, Stand Up Paddling, Body boarding, Skimboarding are at you FULL OWN RISK.
Please check your rented equipment for any damage. In case you caused damage to the gear, Cold Hawaii Surf Camp wil charge the fee for repairing or if necessary, new gear.

ONLINE STORE
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Beware that the return delivery it at your own cost.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Surfboards Deliveries
Surfboards deliveries can take longer than expected, if in doubt reach out to our support. In case of any damage on your delivered surfboard, you must report that immediately to the delivery company followed by an email with photos of the damage to our support and the delivery copmany.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
